How to optimize drug layer coating in R&D?
Which parameters are critical?

Drug layer coating on pellet:
1. Selection plate size based on Pellet size
2. Batch size (initial bed load) to finalized based on required weigh build up.(example initial load :30% to final load 75% considering 150% weight build up)
3. solid content of drug solution based on available gun orifice size.(10-18%)
4. Overage of drug solution based on equipment efficiency to achieve 100% assay

CPPs:
1. CFM, Spray rate, droplet size, bed temperature, RH(dew point), Wurster column height etc.

You should optimize the spray rate, inlet air temperature and atomization air pressure.

High spray rate and high inlet temperature need to skip!
